Under the current regulation of Greek Legislation, in case of accommodation’s cancellation, please note the following conditions:

For cancellations more than 41 days before the expected date of arrival, there is no cancellation fee and the deposit is being refunded.
For cancellations within 40-22 days prior to arrival, the cost of 1 night will be charged.
For cancellations within 21 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total will be charged based on (Article 8, Law 1562/1986)
In case of early departure 50% of the total reservation as it was scheduled on days that are canceled will be charged
In case of no show the full amount will be deducted

Earlier arrival : 14:00
The price of the room is until 12;00 am of the next day
In case of extended stay till 18:00pm 50% of the price per night will be charged
After 18:00 it will be charged the whole amount
